POLICY
Serene Spa has the following policies for the mutual convenience of our clients and our salon:
• Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are ever dissatisfied with any service in the salon, we will gladly make the corrections necessary to exceed your expectation within 7 days of your original services.
• Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 7 business days after your appointment, excluding breakage. Please call us within the first 7 days to schedule a free repair. Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Traditional services are not guaranteed.
• If you need clarification or ask for extra services during your visit, please inform or talk to the manager.
• Please confirm the prices with the nail techs before receiving the services.
• If you are unsatisfied with our service, please speak with the manager immediately. We will do our best to assist you.
• Prices are subject to change.
• No refund is given after it has been rendered.
• We will not be responsible for health issues or personal injuries before, during, or after services.
• We are not responsible for any lost or damaged of personal items, cell phones and/or gift cards.
• Gift certificates are not refundable or exchangeable.
• We love to do children’s nails! However, unattended children in the salon present a risk. If you have children who are not receiving nail services, please keep them safe or leave them at home.
• WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO:
o Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
o Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
o Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our service.
o Anyone who is rude, mean or disrespectful to people.
o Diabetes client: Please inform our technician so we can provide our service with proper care. NO CUTTING SERVICES ARE ALLOWED.
o We hate to say it but FOR CUSTOMER SAFETY: Spa chairs have a maximum capacity of 250lbs. We ask if you are over the maximum weight capacity not to sit on the spa chair. We appreciate your understanding.
• CANCELLATION POLICY
o Please be considerate of our time and let us know 24 hours in advance if you are not able to make it. All cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to charge 50% of the scheduled services.
o No show will be charged 100% of your service.
o By booking an appointment you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Please reach out no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment if you are not able to make it for any reason.
